She likes lettuce because she likes words/veggies with double letters in them

I used to look at these daily as well, however I have gotten super busy and have barely had time to do my games, let alone these. Things are slowing down and I should be more active.

April 23nd Answer:

Lettuce. It is the double letter thing like in that Robin Williams movie where he becomes president off of the same fluke.

Answer:

She will like artichokes because they come alphabetically before lettuce.

Seriously, though, it is obviously the double-letter thing. I just wanted to be a smart alec and find a way for artichokes to be the acceptable choice.

I played a game like this with my kids. It's a great activity for a Monday afternoon. We called it 'going on a trip'. One person thinks of a rule and says, "I'm going on a trip and I'm going to take <foo> and <bar>". Everyone else then takes turns saying what they want to take on the trip and the person "in the know" says whether or not they can come or not. The person in charge should occassionally add something else they are taking. Everyone tries to figure out what the rule is and when they do, they can say that they think they know the rule, but they shouldn't say what the rule is until everyone has figured it out (or completely given up if there are only a couple people left). Once everyone has figured it out, someone else thinks of a different rule and you play again.

Answer:
There are 40 children. Child #1 is opposite Child #21, so Child #20 is opposite Child #0 (aka the child with the highest number).

Well, it was pretty easy...I was specifically looking for a way to choose the other answer (that I knew was wrong). I was actually surprised at how easy it was to come up with. I was expecting to have to look more closely :D

Answer:

Acred
Arced
Cadre
Cared
Cedar
Raced

DF - the rules say that you need to use each letter, so they have to be 5-letter words. You have 2 of them. To be fair, I'm not very good at this, so I only got the 2 you did, plus "Cedar", but I plugged them into an acronym checker and got the other 3 that I have. Curious to know which one isn't on their list. I'm guessing "acred"
