Sub x to get y + 2 = 2(y-3)
y + 2 = 2y -6

So Randy is 8, while Paul is 10 now.

Ended with 9. Had given 9 to BigBlue, so 18.
18 times 3/2 = 27, so had given 9 to rokapoke.
27 x 10/9 = 30, so had given 3 to Melkor.
30 x 4/3 = 40, so had given 10 to Mooseman.
40 x 5/4 = 50, so had given 10 to Spiderman

So Ransac started with 50 dolls.
