I'd rather not do highlander unless it's Elder Dragon Highlander. If we go with too many singletons it's more a "name a card"/word association-thread than a deckbuilding thread.

Another zombie lord, and a great one at that! And I know a combo with it: Death Baron + Dralnu's crusade + Goblin sharpshooter. A very similar and infinitely better combo: Goblin sharpshooter + Quietus spike.

It's not that there are bad cards, but it's just not a good set. I would like to nominate all the homarids for not being proper merfolk. And Tidal influence and Tidal flats both seem very poor. And out of flavor.

I was thinking: instead of Equilibrium you could also go with Astral Slide. I'm not sure if you need a lot more creatures that return your own creatures back to your hand. Sure, it fits the theme, but you will get dependent on having a creature in play to begin with. Beware!
