um,...I got a standard deck I wanna ahow ya

"Show ya" LOL OMG! I canNOT believe that I actually want to play in a standard tournament. I have played in two already this past winter; first time I got eliminated after two rounds, I was playing one of those "Event Decks" and then the next time I removed myself from the tournament after the...

    Got any deck ideas?

Theme Decks seem to work well for any occassion. I recently reassembled most of my precons and realized that since Tempest I have bought 75 precons! ZOIKS!

Leroy is confused and happy...and many other things as well.

@Mr. Muggins, I agree that there are too many pimply-face assholes at FNM who are pro-tour wanna-bes and condescending brats. That said, if I had the kind of rules that you listed for myself I'd get out of the game now, it's a future of heartache and dissapointment in that perspective. I no...

Never heard of it before until one day...

...I was rummaging through my old white bordered cards from Fifth Edition and BAM! two copies of this little gem popped out: Soul Barrier OMG! I found a soul mate for Propaganda They have already found a home together in one of my blue/black pet decks.

    Looking for a CARD!

Yeah, I was kinda hopin that I could free up some card slots so I wouldn't have to worry about preventing damage because my library & graveyard can cycle via Gaea's blessing. Mindcrank is a good card, in general, for this deck. Thanks!

    Looking for a CARD!

I need a card that says something like: all players, instead of damage put that many cards from the top of your library into your graveyard. I want it to go with this card: Mesmeric Orb But not as a combo, per se, just as another annoying card in my new Seinfeld Deck. I have gaea's blessings in...

Immortal Magic Deck: Old Skool UB Control

This is a typical deck that I'd use in my format called Immortal Magic (a multiplayer format). I call it old skool because it has a few old cards in it, cards that I always wanted to use but couldn't because there are either BETTER choices or it couldn't handle a dueling tournament format. And...

    Immortal Magic

I run four Demonic Tutors in most of my decks with black, 4 Strip Mines this past game, a player ran Tinker in his deck recently, Ponder, Gifts Ungiven, Recall, Tolarian Academy, all have been played and not necessarily dominated the game(s). I have never seen the likes of Type I BANNED cards...

    Immortal Magic

Oh, THIS deck? Yeah, anyone who plays this kind of deck would have ZERO interest in playing multiplayer magic and/or wouldn't associate with casual players like us so I'm not worried, LOL! 1 Ancestral Recall 1 Black Lotus 4 Dark Ritual 4 Force of Will 4 Grapeshot 4 Lotus Bloom 3 Manamorphose 1...

    Immortal Magic

I have yet to see an effective "Storm" mechanic played in this format of the several times I've seen it. I won this month's game against Mooseman and two other players with a modified version of "Stupid Green" using Survival of the Fittest, Squee-Goblin Naboob, Spike Feeder & Weaver with mana...

    Immortal Magic

Most decks are "original" but I still use "modified" tournament decks. Mooseman would say that my decks "focused" whereas the other members put together decks that are fun for them to play. Reports? I never seem to have the itch anymore, I could try for the April game.

    Immortal Magic

The league I run (The Multiplayer Magic League) is this format. We have a few more rules though: No Silver Bordered cards No Vanguard Characters Cards (this is assumed in any game I would think) No use of proxy cards (again, I would think this is assumed) No cards with refrence to "ante" You'd...

    Immortal Magic

with 75 card decks and in a multiplayer format in nigh impossible to combo out. The Power 9 (10) are only so effective not tomention the amount of beatdown one would have to endure from playing those kinds of cards. In this format games are more fun and better playing experiences.

    Immortal Magic

Granted! However, your final was yesterday and you missed it so now you have to drop out of school and work the street corner as a Homeless Hoe. I wish I could play Magic this Saturday.
