*I say we check out the secret door for traps/noise, and if it's clean we open it...:)*

"Well... let's see if this thingy is rigged..."

No traps or noise behind the door. When you open it, you find it leads to the outside. However, the familiar ruby glow prevents you from venturing out.

You see a vast, 40' square room, the floor of which is covered with sand, splotched here and there with bloodstains. A rack on the north wall holds a large number of knives and meat cleavers. In the center of the room there is a large wooden block about 2' high, 3' long, and 2' wide. The block is also bloodstained.

The door you came in is in the southern-most part of the east wall. There are two other doors - one in the north-middle of the west wall and one in the east-middle of the south wall.

"Let me see here..."

(takes out the two skeleton femurs he has and tosses one out onto the sand... then ties rope around the second one, tosses it out, and slowly drags it back towards him...)

(Puts his two toys away... then proceeds to find the best knives available and gets 2-3 for himself and offers Patrick others so he has more throwing weapons...)

"Oh well, didn't hurt to check... Patrick you want any of these?"

"Why not... I'm not sure if they have the right balance though (trying to sound like he actually understands something about combat... :D )."

I think we'd better all take our 1 turn rest here (it's been several turns now)... This room looks as if it's seen all manner of depravity. Any remains around here?

(For the record, I'm taking 3 knives and leaving one femur bone behind...)

"Guess I don't need two bones after all..."

(many a person probably took a full week for the holidays...)

"Well... we could rest forever... or get ready for what's behind the South door... or is the West one more appealing... I say South... for no other reason than it is South..."

** So, we're now FULLY rested.... :D **

Are there any tracks in the sand? Blood trails leading to one door or the other?

After doing the standard checks on the western door (Traps, Listen, then Locks)... We'll open that door...
