I must say that the Cyclonic Rift was the game breaker for me and that I had nothing to get rid of the Shadowmage Infiltrator or even block it.
The returning auras was perfect for your commander.
Bill leaving the game was a definite plus for you, since you could concentrate on just one opponent.
I was surprised at how many none flashback cards were in this precon. I'm still not sure I ran the deck very well.

I've seen it done before and I've seen the deck win games, although it isn't the strongest of the decks from Commander 2019. The flashback theme gets squeezed into the same deck as the prowess theme and the token-making theme.
