Yeah - that's a pretty big problem. It's using the old database from the UBB. 
I haven't had a chance to rewrite it yet. For now, as a workaround, you can go to http://www.magic-singles.com/cgi-bin/ubbcgi/Ultimate.cgi and click on register to register
