Gizmo is simply adorning the Angst Top-Hat which makes it's rounds amongst CPA posters.

Along with the Top-Hat there's a few others floating around, Rebel-Cliché leather jacket, Crown of Righteousness, World Wise pacifier, Brass Balls of anonymity, and my favorite the Devil's Advocate leisure suit.
