Where are the reply boxes?

Am I turning crazy or blind, because i can't see the reply box for articles? What hapenned to it? You know, the one where you write the replies??? Am I the only one who noticed this?

\/\/\/\/ Look where the arrows point below all the replies there should be a button called "new reply" hit that then your on your way.

Nope, it doesn't say it ANYWHERE on the page. This is starting to freak me out. Did someone make a bunch of stupid replies and now its closed or somethin'??
