Oversoul

The Tentacled One
Why doesn't Tomas do that every turn?
Haha, so that and the potion he used earlier were both things that he got randomly from sections in the Wizard's Guild. Now that he used that power, it's gone. Whenever he visits a Wizard's Guild, he can pay gold for a "Consultation" and one of the potential results is +1D6 Strength for one turn during the next adventure...

Oversoul

The Tentacled One
As you continue along the path, Kelgar heals Revaethan's wounds and the party is fully recuperated, ready for action. You are delayed a bit because the power-laden atmosphere of the Wildwood briefly incapacitates Throg, but nothing attacks and the Chaos Warrior shrugs the episode off. The knotted limbs of the path through the canopy narrow and twist wildly, and you come to the scene of what might have been the last victims of the trolls you fought—perhaps a frightened group of wood elves who were hiding up here and fled when the trolls attacked. The articles are mostly broken or ripped to pieces, but a thick bundle of cloth contains some old books...

Jekaena: "Hm, not magical, but they are valuable as antiques. A merchant here in Loren would pay well for them."

The books are worth 300 gold if sold to a merchant in Athel Loren.

Oversoul

The Tentacled One
The path widens again and you pass uneventfully through more of the canopy. Ahead, the twisting bridge of tree limbs drops and leads to a mossy stone wall. This must be Welhallas. But you're not out of the woods yet. Literally. Also figuratively. Dryads leap from the treetops to intercept you...

-The Power phase is 6 for this turn.
-Throg drops to his knees, overwhelmed by a whirlwind of magical knowledge.
