I'm just going to keep going at it until the ghost is dead... er... until the ghost ceases to exist.

The Tentacled One
Carrow makes an abrupt turnabout and rushes the ghost that has now turned its back on him.

-Kelgar blesses Throg with Vanquish. Throg gains an extra attack this turn.
-Throg swings at a ghost, but balks at the eerie appearance of his foe and misses.

-Kelgar is awarded 30 gold for his healing efforts! Praise Sigmar.

Round 12
-The power phase is 5 for this turn.

There is still one more ghost, and it seems to be getting the better of Dorgath...

The Tentacled One
-Kelgar succeeds in using a blessing for this turn.
-Carrow dashes around the tomb and reaches the ghost.
-The Sword of Hoeth is like lightning in Carrow's hand (Carrow gains double attacks this turn).
-Carrow swings, but misses the ghost.
-Carrow slices into the ghost's neck, dealing 2 damage.

Throg and Kelgar are further back and can't reach the ghost in time to attack it this turn. Kelgar is just around the corner of the tomb, but the device attached to it is in his way.

-The ghost chills Dorgath to the bone. He takes 6 damage (2/14).
-Dorgath pummels the ghost away and desperately brings his axe upward.
-Dorgath hits the ghost with his Great Axe Attack. The ethereal creature is visibly disturbed by the attack and seems to fade away for a moment, but isn't finished just yet.

Dorgath finally easily breaks away from the apparently stunned ghost.

Now which way will Dorgath head? Also, Throg was right behind the tomb. He can go back along either the eastern side, following Carrow, or the western side right behind Kelgar. Or he could stay put or jump up on the tomb or whatever. Up to him, really.

"Kelgar, I could use some Healing when you get a chance."

Dorgath will follow along the western side alongside Kelgar.

The Tentacled One
Dorgath can easily reach Kelgar, who has already met him (more than) halfway. So Dorgath is back up to 11/14. But unless he tries to backpeddle toward the entrance of the room or squeeze between Kelgar and the wall or something, he can't actually get away from the ghost. The space around the tomb is too comfortably slide past a person and Kelgar is standing right next to the bulky device attached to the tomb, which means even less space. Speaking of which...

Throg gracefully jumps onto the tomb. From here, he could rush the ghost in what would hopefully be a great leaping attack of fiery doom, if not for the strange apparatus on the tomb. Now that he sees it from this angle, Throg does get a better look at it, at least...

The bulk of the device consists of granite blocks held together metal pieces, possibly brass. It's all fastened to the tomb with massive clamps. On one of the far corners (northwest) there are iron rings on which two torches are mounted along with some chains and other objects hanging from the rings or lying on a tray. Some sort of yellow crystal rests on the top. On the eastern side, facing inward, Throg observes various gears, dials, and glass bulbs filled with liquids and vapors. Whatever this thing is meant to do, it's complicated...

Throg will attack the ghost and let someone else worry about the device.
Part of the device is actually directly between Throg and the ghost. He could either try to jump over it or step around it...

The party has finally cleared the last of the monsters from the room...

"Geez, it's about time. Let's not try to fight any more ogres, guys."

Dorgath will check the ogre bodies for loot and the ghosts, if possible (like if they left anything behind after they were destroyed).

Throg will eat his rations, equip his Axe of Mighty Striking and put away the two swords. He'll also pick up his lantern and search the room for other treasure. Perhaps one of the smarter party members can take a closer look at that device the ogres were playing with.

Also did we get any gold from killing the ogres?
