Warhammer Quest: Death Below Karak Azgal

The dwarf opens the door...

Little remains in this room except an ornate sarcophagus in the far corner, though it is evident that at one time this room contained a lot of treasure, as the remains of smashed urns, vases, and chests litter the floor. There also looks to have been some conflict here, as amongst the debris lie numerous skeletons.

On the far side of the room, across from the sarcophagus, there is a door leading north.

After Throg is done with the skeletons, Dorgath will try to identify which race they were. Then he'll search the remains of the urns, vases, and chests on the off-chance something is there. Then he'll inspect the sarcophagus, first to see if it identifies its occupant, then for traps.

The Tentacled One
Mummies are protected by powerful magics to preserve them and cheat death itself. They are deadly opponents, capable of delivering crushing blows upon their enemies...

At first, nothing seems to be happening, but then six of the skeletons rise up to attack Throg as a mummy staggers out of the sarcophagus, also moving toward Throg. Kelgar rolls his eyes and mutters something about a maniac waking the dead as he prepares to bless Carrow...

"More undead!' Dorgath throws a Firebomb at the mummy, hopefully catching the Skeletons too, and charges with his axe.

Nothing Special
Throg's next action depends on his vicinity to the mummy.

If the mummy is already close enough to attack me, I'll activate the Chalice of Night and swing at the mummy with my axe and otherwise focus all attention and attacks on the mummy until he's dead... um... deader... er... incapacitated.

Otherwise, Throg will attempt to keep his distance from the mummy, activate his Chalice of Night to guarantee a hit and throw his Axe of Mighty Striking at the mummy. He'll then draw his Sword of Defiance and pulverize the skeletons until the mummy gets close enough to melee attack.

Wow, that second attack from the mummy sucked. 10 damage in one blow!
