What is the Tag Guard thingy? I've seen it in a lot of posts
and I've always wodered what it is.

Its a game of "Tag", where people in the CPA choose a way of "tagging" a person, and when they catch a person in their "Tag Game" not using the Tag Guard, they can "Tag" him, thus removing him/her from this "Tag Game".

Actually, it's from the old tag games - if you were ever caught without "Tag Guard" at the top of a post, you were out.
There are really only a few people even using it anymore.
