1.Must have been registered since Aug 2000 and/or Have at least 250 posts(no spammers please).

2. You cannot vote for:Apollo, Zadok001, Ed, Theorgg, TickleMeHellNo. They have already won.

3.Vote only once. No splitting votes. I got confused for a while.
