I know, a little light on the "extort" aspect of the deck especially if I'm calling it an extort deck. For the meta-game environment I play in this list just may work.

This is what I ended up playing. I cam in 3rd in the 6 player MML game. I made the mistake of attacking
with my singular Nighthawk Vampire rather than waiting, in other words I failed the deck's best strategic concept: patience. Aaron had a fattie out (10/10 green trampler) and Eugene, who was playing what I thought was a weaker and more unfocused Orzhov deck, had gained a bunch of life with Debt to the Deathless and so I thought Arron was gonna hit him. I had a ground blocker but Aaron gave his guy flying and paid the mana for Ghostly Prison and killed me rather than Eugene who had NO creatures in play at all and no cards in hand.

Eugene went next and didn't play a creature but was at 30+ life and Aaron had his 10/10 trampler out, Eugene is dead in four turns.....BUT! on Aarons turn he played a few little elves then played the sorcery spell called, "Oh my God! Why didn't I play a deck with more creatures in it today!?"

after much open draw play testing most of the time I draw this:

2-3 non-creatures spells

I won't play the opening hand with anything less than 3 lands.
