Should we start a new game since some Magic cards have been repeated (and Oversoul "loses" )? Otherwise this can go on forever (unless that's the goal)

Obviously we can't go through all of the cards without repeating them. No one wants to keep track of all that...

I already repeated Penumbra Wurm earlier if you didn't notice. It was confusing to others, I think. What happened was that I thought I was responding to Penumbra Bobcat, and put Wurm. But I was actually respoding to Wurm. The next person didn't know what to make of it either, so it looked like this...

"Penumbra Wurm, Penumbra Wurm, Penumbra Wurm."
