I made a Type II deck out of this during the Tempest/Urza days and it was boring but I had a .600 batting avg. with it because it stalled long enough for me to win or draw. It was fun to play. I want to now make it a multi-player deck using a similar idea of bouncing things back to my hand and bouncing things back to my opponent(s) hand(s).
Any tips?

Equilibrium and Stampeding Wildebeests, anyone?

Dude, I like the idea. But I'm not familiar enough with multiplayer to tell you what other improvements their might be.

Great idea!!!

But why stop at 60 cards? Maybe it's just me, but blue makes you target enough so only 8 counterspells and 4 Propagandas may not be enough if the player on your right is playing Bolts/Fireblasts/Furnace of Rath and player on your left Drain Life/Corrupt :) And Vineyard isn't exactly everyone's friend - trust me on that one.

"What? I have to cast something or I take 2 burn because of that stupid Vineyard? And I'm not playing green... Here, Alex, take a Lighting Blast!"

But if everyone plays creature decks, the victory is most likely yours.


I'm anxious to hear how did you do with this deck!
