On Monday there'll be a front page article about this deck. For now, take a look at it and give me better suggestions for card slots.

There are 76 card slots, it's for a multi-player enviornment with no sideboarding. I don't want to change the basic make-up of the deck: An agrro-control deck with a pinch of life-gain and a smattering of burn.

Thanks.

For this sort of deck I've always liked Sunscape Familiar. Also, Scrivener will prove shockingly useful. FoF if you got 'em, (Especially with 76 cards:eek: ), and you might could use Akroma's Vengeance to change what is 7 cards, (3x Rout + 4x Seal of Cleansing) into just 3-5. Tradewind Rider is also some tech here with your random walls and Kavus.

Akroma's Vengeance, this is good!

The article will explain why there is no "Card Advantage" in this deck.

Hmmm, Tradewind Rider, let me think about that.

Technically Rout and Akroma's Vengenace count as Card Advantage when played properly.

Also, seriously consider Sunscape Familiar. Seriously.

I meant "Cards in hand" card advantage.

Sunscape Familiar reduces the colorless casting cost in Blue and Green spells, right? I don't have THAT many blue spells that it would work well with:
Prophetic Bolt
Lightning Angel
Wall of Tears
Fire/Ice
Reminisce
and Suffocating Blast.

The Scrivener though, that's another good idea I'll consider.

Mikey, this is what happens.

Turn 1 - Hooray!
Turn 2 - Sunscape Familiar
Turn 3 - Lightning Angel
Turn 4 - Prophetic Bolt
Turn 5 - Who cares? You're already owning at this point.

I guess what I'm saying is tweak the deck so that it can abuse Sunscape Familiar. It's seriously worth it.

Fact or Fiction and Power Sink/Condescend both fit the bill nicely.

You'll also like Scrivener more if he costs 4 instead of 5.

Also, combo Scrivener with Aether Burst for some hilariously recursive bounce. Also, Scrivener + Tradewind Rider = Recursive Instants. Again, if Scrivvy costs 4 here, he's better.

Also, 2x Iridescent Angel is some owning too. And comes down quicker if it costs 6.

Play the Sunscape Familiars, boy.

I would use Serendib Efreet. Actually, I'd be cutting stuff to make this sucker 60 cards, but that's just me...

You're both right!

A Sunscape Familiar would give me tempo in cutting their 20 life points down to single digits asap. A 60 card deck would let me find what I need WHEN I need it especially with FoF and some Accumulated Knowledges. And I would be able to move other stuff to the sideboard.

However, This needs to be able to survive a huge chaos multi-player game with anywhere from 7 to 9 opponents. Speed, I don't need. Staying power, now THAT's what I need.

The Scrivener and Tradewind make for good staying power and I'm seriously considering them.

I like the Akroma's Vengeance idea because it'll give me more slots.

Fine fine fine. But make sure you go with the Iridescent Angels too. They are also staying power. Life Burst is also good for staying alive. And Aether Burst just gets better as the game goes on.
