How do you handle disrepectful players

I think the comment earlier about attracting more people with more issues is accurate. In order to elevate the game, I really try to be positive and congenial so as to be a good example. I do however leave after the 5th person tells me about the most awesome card he just created called "You win" and it only costs 2W and they laugh at their own jokes causing spittle to fall on my cards.

do your best to get under their skin... whatever it is that irritates them, use it to get them off their game... when they begin having issues staying focused, and your still within playing, you may win out beyond just deck-playing skill and cards you have...

I've done this a few times, and it can bring down the mightiest... one guy lost his temper, and ended up getting a warning from the judges...
