*Rondo proceeds to translate into the kobold tongue Patrick's speech, adding in a thinly veiled threat of his own and a demand for information "or else"...;)*

(As soon as this is translated - if we have a translator, I begin counting...)

Quickly hang holy symbol around neck, then stand at the ready, prepared to rush into the fray at the first sign of melee.

**If the arrow is loosed, will rush to the attack immediately, if not will be the second person to rise to battle**

(Rondo does indeed speak kobold)

At Rondo's words, the creatures start grunting to each other, but Si'Nat starts counting "1...2..." and looses an arrow on three. It speeds through the air and strikes the creature on the party's left and drops. Immediately Bertrem rushes forward at the creature on the party's right swinging his mace and connects solidly, dropping that one also.

(The creatures are basically in double file)

Round 2 - the party gains the initiative

(Aside from the two that you guys dropped, you see at least four more from around the corner. No telling how many around the corner there are)

Si'Nat fires at the one on the right-hand side this time and scores another hit right in the forehead, dropping him. Bertrem switches his attack to the one on the left but misses in his growing bloodlust. Karnage also rushes forward but trying to get around Si'Nat and Bertrem in the passage proves to be a distraction as he misses also.

The little guys flee in terror at your furious attack and run back around the corner and north through the passage.

(If you guys decided to attack again, you get +2 on "to hit" rolls)

(Fires another as they turn to run... side steps a little for Karnage and moves into the corner so the rest of the hallway they are running down can be seen.)

"I'm not through talking to you yet..."

(a squint and smirk appear on Si'Nat's face as he releases the next arrow...)
