No tracks in the sand for blood trails. Just splotches here and there, although the greatest concentration seems to be near the wooden block.

You don't find and traps on the western door nor hear anything behind it. Opening it, you see some stairs going down for about 10' which lead to a huge cavern, the ends of which cannot be seen by your torches from the top of the stairs.

**Future note: As Karnage is the one with the big sword and the bad temper, he is the one to open the doors^_^ Just makes it easier for the group to move on.**

Karnage grunts as he is beaten to opening the door...

(I didn't quite get your "draw an arrow" statement train. Does that mean you're holding an arrow in one hand while opening the door?)

Sadly, the suspense is for naught as nothing jumps out at you. Instead, you see a rectangular room 20' wide and at least 30' long; the opposite side of the room can't been seen as your torchlight doesn't reach as far. The first thing you notice is a tapestry hanging on each wall; they show scenes from the life of a female minstrel. In front of each tapestry is a couch., upon which pillows of varying sizes are scattered. Empty wine goblets and wine bottles are piled in the northeast corner of the room. Decorative candle holders filled with candle stubs sit on small tables near each couch. In the center of the room is a decorative wheel painted on the floor. The wheel is 5' in diameter. In the middle of the wheel is a small lap harp.

(the draws an arrow statement - if you've ever shot a bow and arrow, during the drawing of the bow, you can "hold" the draw by "squeezing" the arrow with with the fingers from the hand holding the bow. This can free up the hand drawing the string to perform other actions... As long as your strength is good enough you can hold this position for quite a while... the arrow remains in firing position, but isn't released until the shooter desires - or you roll a 1 on a d20... ;))

"Oh... the horror... (smugly smiles...) I guess I'll head over to plunge through the pillows and sofa looking for leftovers..."

(draws a sword and radies for surprises...)

(Seemingly disgusted with not finding much... Si'Nat ties a smaller pillow to his pack and heads towards the harp...)

"Guess this will have to do... now, what's over here..."
