(I'll arrow a some orcs... If possible - with my Dex - I'd like to try shooting 2 arrows... in one round - or is that even possible?...)

*Rondo continues with his earlier course of action, attacking any orc not affected by the sleep spell with his axe. If all the orcs are napping, he helps out in the clash with the humans however he can, using his bow if he cannot get a clean approach with his axe...:)*

**I'm pretty sure there'll be an opening for your shortly Rondo... :( Us mages just aren't that hard to hit, and being surrounded doesn't help at all... **

Karnage grins madly and starts to slash and slice the orcs attacking him. His eyes almost gleaming as he begins this dance of death. carnage, and destruction.

*Ummm...Karnage? You were placed at the rear, to keep an eye on the humans, and THEY'RE the ones attacking you...;)

BTW, with Devin, Cugel, and Bertram on one side, and Karnage on the other, I'd say we have the HUMANS surrounded, and not the other way around...:cool:*

(Heh, remember the order...)

Si'Nat shoots an orc right in the chest! The orc staggers but stays upright.

Patrick casts Sleep and all four orcs slump over and start snoozing.

Rondo gets his bow out.

Cugel manages to squeeze by Bertrem and Patrick to get out of harms way.

Bertrem stands guard over Patrick.

Devin and Karnage slash furiously but fail to hit.

Round 2

You have the initiative. Order now is: sleeping orcs, Rondo and Si'Nat (both w/bows), Cugel, Patrick and Bertrem, Devin, 4 humans, Karnage.

Patrick withdraws to where the orcs lie sleeping and begins slitting their throats as they sleep (they are instakill even in Basic, No?)

*Let's try to keep at least one of these guys alive for questioning outside...They obviously knew enough to lie to us, and they're dressed differently than the other footsoldiers we've encountered...They may know something we need...:D*

He means the humans that we are fighting and not me! :eek:

*Cugel will also wait for a clean shot at the enemies*

Rondo shoots and misses.

Si'Nat grazes one of the guys attacking Karnage.

Cugel drops the one that was attacking him with a shot right in the heart!

Patrick moves to the orcs and starts slitting their throats.

Bertrem still stands guard.

Devin gets through the guard of the one attacking him and draws blood.

Karnage smashes the second one attacking him to the ground (the one not wounded by Si'nat).

Karnage avoids the return blow of the wounded guy facing him while Devin's guy gives as good as he got, giving Devin a nice gash in the leg.

Round 3

They get the initiative but both miss.

Rondo continues to look for an opening to close for melee, but will use the bow on the enemy until he sees a chance to use his axe.
