I doubt it. For instance, the government has decided the airwaves will go digital in 2009. Hence, people need either a converter box or cable. Thing is, a lot of people already subscribe to cable and thus don't need it, and to help those who need a converter box, they're issuing vouchers to bring down the cost.

So the same would probably happen with surge protectors.

The Great Depression was another time, another era. I don't think that can happen again due to a variety of factors.

Obama supporters seem to be sore winners, imo.

So far that seems to be the sentiment here in TX too with the Barak Hussein Obama supporters. They seem to want to axe the Clintons out of any political setting.

And likewise, Clinton supporter cannot stand Obama. So the democrats may only have two options:

1. Put Hillary as the running mate, or
2. Come up with some way to believably back peddle and convince everyone that Hillary really does support Obama.

I don't think that would be allowed but I don't know enough about political laws.

If anyone has been paying attention to the voices of the DNC they'd already know that they ARE ALREADY PISSED OFF AT HER & BILL.

Her supposed announced endorsement of Obama tomorrow will be hallow, imo. The Regan Democrats (her people) will most likely vote McCain.
