I thought that damage prevention effects acted differently or something like that. In any event, this all makes Anoint fairly useless in this situation, with the Roar adding another layer of complexity to the situation. I guess prior to the Roar I'd have chosen the Shinewend. And I guess that I have to put up the Regeneration shield now too. Curse all rule changes.
