Why would you want to exchange it? It doesn't take much to memorize the text, and the promo card's a foil. So pretty. So shiny. Me like pretty and shiny...

It does if you don't play all that often and so when you look through your cards all of a sudden, you have no idea what it does

I wouldn't mind exchanging it for an English foil, but if I can get more playable regular cards out of one foil, that's fine with me too...
