I'd Like to know what is the deal with the wish casting cost.
red,black,blue and green are all reasonable costs but whites is 3ww. in a set with few artifacts and not many good enchantments is it really necessary to be so expensive?:mad:

I cast White's Wish, and pull a GIANT CHAOS ORB out of my @$$#@!# !

DIE SUCKA-FOO!

Scaplelexis
R, Creature - Beast, 4U, 1/5
Flying
Whenever Scaplelexis deals combat damage to a player, that player removes the top four cards of his or her library from the game.
If two or more of those cards have the same name, repeat this process.
Oh Look. You play LANDS.

Death Wish
R, Sorcery, 1BB
Choose a card you own from outside the game and put it into your hand. You lose half your life, rounded up.
Remove Death Wish from the game.
I WANT MY FIREBALL!

Filth U, Creature - Inspiration, 3B, 2/2
Swampwalk
As long as Filth is in your graveyard and you control a Swamp, creatures you control have Swampwalk.
Y'know, a synonym for "Filth" is "Excrement," or somwhat vice versa most of the time. This card is aptly named, I do say.

Burning Wish
R, Sorcery, 1R
Choose a sorcery you own from outside the game, reveal that card, and put it into your hand. Remove Burning Wish from the game.
The first thing I'm pullin' with this is a Fireball. 'nuff said. Hopefully it's in a draft, too... That'd be the ultimate finish late-game.

Dwarven Driller
U, Creature - Dwarf, 3R
T: Destroy target land unless its controller deals two damage to him or her.
Here's a fishy one. Things like this make spoilers seem fake.(Gee-wiz, I wish Zadoc was here!)

Flaring Pain
C, Instant, 1R
Damage can't be prevented this turn.
Flashback R
It takes somthign like this to realize that Fog has four functionally different versions insted of three... Seventh now prevents damage--HEY, WOTC! CORRECT THIS JANK, WILLYA?? FOG SHOULD NOT PREVENT!

Infectious Rage
U, Enchant Creature, 1R
Enchanted creature gets +2/-1
When enchanted creature is put into a graveyard, choose a creature at random Infectious Rage can enchant. Return Infectious Rage to play enchanting that creature.
Here's another that I don't think they'll print, as MaRo stated soon after the Magic computer game that somthing of this nature would never be printed due to the difficulties of activating it.

Shaman's Trance
R, Instant, 2R
Until end of turn, other players can't play cards from their graveyards and you may play cards in other player's graveyards as if they were in your graveyard
This is a near-copy of an Invitational card that let you use an Opponent's graveyard for Yawgie's Will. That's another fact that I think this isn't completly right.

Soulgorger Orgg
U, Creature - Nightmare Orgg, 3RR, 6/6
Trample. When Soulgorger Orgg comes into play, you lose all but 1 life. When Soulgorger Orgg leaves play, you gain life equal to the life lose when Soulgorger Orgg comes into play.
AAAH, YES! Another Orgg card for me to ranch. I'm now looking for the following cards: Orgg(fallen),Orgg(5th), Trained Orgg(Starter, Starter2000, Seventh Edition), Desteny Enchantment featuring an Orgg on it, and Soulgorger Orgg. This one scares me, though... I hope it has a nice Red or Purple breechcloth, and doesn't look like some damned zombie as it seems. Hopefully it won't be demonic, either, but what can I do about that?

Swirling Sandstorm
C, Sorcery, 3R
Threshold - Swirling Sandstorm deals 5 damage to each creature without flying.
ROTFLMAO! That's GREAT! For the low low price of 3R, YOU GET NOTHING until you've played through at least one handfull of cards!

Ernham Djinn
R, Creature - Djinn, 3G
At the beginning of your upkeep, target non-Wall creature an opponent controls gains forestwalk until your next upkeep.
Like they'd ever print anything THIS good.*

Forcemage Advocate
U, Creature - Centaur, 1G
T: Return target card in an opponent's graveyard to his or her hand. Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.
These Anti-Threshold guys will be EXCELLENT in Chaos Games. HEY, KILL THIS FOR ME, WILLYA?

Giant Warthog
C, Creature - Beast, 5G
Trample
Threshold-- 8/8

Harvester Druid
C, Creature - Druid, 1G, 1/1
T: Add to your mana pool one mana of any color that a land you control could produce
1. Worse than Llanowar should = same cost or less.
2. This card is worse than Llanowar, as it does nothing in the face of 'Geddon and Landkill, AND IT COSTS MORE THAN LLANOWAR!

Living Wish
R, Sorcery, 1G
Choose a creature or land card you own from outside the game, reveal that card, and put it into your hand. Remove Living Wish from the game.
Y'know, I love Library of Alexandria in a Booster Draft game.

Phantom Nantuko
R, Creature - Insect Spirit, 2G, 0/0
Trample
Phantom Nantuko comes into play with two +1/+1 counters on it. If damage would be dealt to Phantom Nantuko, prevent that damage. Remove a +1/+1 counter from Phantom Nantuko.
T: Put a +1/+1 counter on Phantom Nantuko.
It's another Urza's Saga simi-reprint of Veblid(that's the name, right?)

Seedtime
R, Instant, 1G
Play Seedtime only on your turn. If an opponent played a blue spell this turn, take an extra turn after this one.
Counter MY spell, WILLYA? TAKE THIS!... or just counter it like that. that's fine...

Sylvan Safekeeper
R, Creature - Wizard, G, 1/1
Sacrifice a land: Target creature you control can't be the target of spells or abilities until end of turn.
If Ollie Rade became fat, he could be called Rolly-Polly Ollie.

Krosan Verge
U, Land
Krosan Verge comes into play tapped.
T: Add 1 to your mana pool.
2, T, Sacrifice Krosan Verge: Search your library for a Forest card and a Plains card and put them into play tapped. Then shuffle your library.
YUM. Deck Thinning! EXTENDED Powerhouse!

*just playing up my new reputation as an idiot. I know I've gotten some of the Chronicals versions of Ernie before...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I found an old, beaten-up rocker at a second-hand store for seven bucks. I think he said his name was Eddie Money - Bug-eyed Earl
Read Breaking Point and Browbeat (both red).
Now read them again.
Now read them again.
Yes, it really does say that.
This card is the equivalent of strength-training a creature, and then giving it a gun. An alternate card name would be 'Rambify'.
Shoulda been T: Deal 1/2 that creature's power in damage to target creature or player. Be Like Kamahl, only tougher.
Hmm. Red Wrath, for 1 cheaper. Did sligh really deserve a reset?
At least they could have made the all a threshold or something.
Imagine a deck full of that jank. Salvoes, Lonhorns, Book Burning, the land burner, . . .
I'm guessing if the rest was things like shock, sonic seizure, . . . you would get very little arguement with your choice spells. Heck maybe you even use recoup to do them again since they are so cheap.
This card should have been called Kamahls Desire, instead of the dumb one with that name. Also Arcane Teachings just sounds Blue or White to me, not from the School of Chaos, heck the effect other than +2/+2 is Blue too. I'd love to see the half power round down instead of 1, wouldn't kamahl desire that more? becoming an 8/3 tap for 4 instead of 3. Oh well, I don't work in Renton for a reason I guess. :)
These wish cards make me a bit doubtful of this spoiler...
Not sure if you were joking or not Orgg, but you could only wish for cards that were uh, legal.
If this spoiler is true, then I am very, very, very happy with the creativness and oddity of the set.
Um...
This is either a complete fake, or the worst set in the history of Magic.
Honestly, during a cursory first reading of this "spoiler", I saw maybe 2 cards I'd play, and that includes Worldgorger Dragon, believe it or not.
The last set in a cycle is usually brimming with near broken cards, but for the life of me, this seems like the most boring, unplayable set ever.
So, each color gets its own version of Ring of Ma'ruf? I think the list is pretty real, especially because the Wishes were advertised in the official Wizards Judgement teaser.
I suspect that the Wishes in tournament play will only be able to draw cards from the sideboard. I wonder if they'll be able to draw cards which have been removed from the game, such as via Force of Will or Swords to Plowshares? It would be confusing if they could even "retrieve" cards that are in "temporarily-removed-from-game-status," such as via Faceless Butcher.
I don't know about you, but I see a LOT of cards I'd love to play. I hope no one got the rarities wrong, because there are a couple of commons and uncommons that would be wonderful in casual play. ;)
The Spikes are back! Only different... Okay, they're not really Spikes. More like en-Kor bred with Spikes (ewwwww... :eek: ). Maybe every Judgement booster pack could come with 5 +1/+1 counters?
First, I think the set looks good.
Second, this spoiler was obtained as a result of a fluke with Magic Online, where using the card filter would reveal all the Judgement cards and their texts. This was possible shortly after an update and was disable in the very next update, when the error was discovered.
So, unless WotC and Leaping Lizard are working together to deliberately confuse and mislead players as to the spoiler's contents (which would be unprecedented) then I'd say this spoiler is real, though loaded with typographical errors and omissions.
Chalk this one up to pure luck and don't count on it ever happening again. ;)
I heard the term jank before. At the risk of sounding like a newbie git, I must ask: What does jank mean?
Anurid Brushhopper
R, Creature - Beast, 1GW, 3/4
Discard two cards from your hand: Remove Anurid Brushhopper from the game. Return it to play under its owner's control at end of turn.
I think i'd be fun to see a deck based around this card (and maybe Penumbra's) that uses either Obliterates or Wraths.
Junk and Crap, are Junk, and Crap. Respetivly.
It becomes "jank" when it manages to win against the Two Decks Legal in T2.
Well, a friend on MOL and I sat down and tried to figure out what the chase rares from this set would be, and after some significant narrowing down, we got it down to four:
Mist of Stagnation - Mix with Rats' Feast for an upkeepless Stasis.
Breaking Point - Should be pretty obvious.
Ernham Djinn - He was always a bad@ss. The fact that this environment makes it super-easy to get green mana without ever playing a single forest makes him even better.
Seedtime - Just a sideboard card, but this thing is *sick*, especially in the early game. Hibernation? Okay, you don't mind if I take an extra turn to get set back up, do you? Thanks.
I have to say I am very happy with Judgement. I have to make the Prerelease. I think the prerelease card will be Silver Seraph. They have a tendancy ot make them big creatures and it has been a while since it was a white card.
