Any way to track posts by a specific member?

I'd kinda like to read some posts by specific members, or be able to check for responses to my posts, is there any way to do this without going through each and every message?

Short answer: no.

Long answer: no. The only way this could work is if I added a search function (which is huge), and that would probably end up killing the server.
