He didn't mention the bizarre Brain in a Jar interaction with Fuse spells, but this rules change kills it. The change is kinda reminiscent of the Waylay nerf, but also very different in some key respects.
Overall, I think this makes the rules more intuitive, which is good. Too bad about Brain in a Jar, though.
